ROSH HASHANAH MESSAGE FROM REP. WASSERMAN SCHULTZ

“As the sun sets today and Rosh Hashanah begins, we start our season of reflection and renewal. Even with so much strife and violence around the globe, we take a moment to celebrate the many blessings we have in our lives. We consider both the good and the bad of the past year and recommit ourselves to tikkun olam and tzeddakah in the coming year.

“I know my family and I will be thinking about how blessed we are in so many ways, and how fortunate we are to live in this nation. In this new year, we must all recommit to working together to make this world a better place.

“From my family to yours, I wish you and your loved ones l’shana tovah u’metuka – a happy, healthy and sweet new year!”
